2. Services
Services may include live recording, music composing, dubbing, instrumental productions, jingles, studio booking, music/video productions, social media content, podcast shoots, wedding shoots, music distribution, video distribution, CMS/content-management support and related artist services.
3. Music Distribution & Rights
For purchased distribution services, FilmyFriendzzz may submit eligible content to digital stores, streaming services, social/video platforms and other distribution channels. Content ownership remains with the rightful owner. Any licence or permission required for distribution is limited to the purpose of delivering the selected service.
The distributor may use third-party digital stores, streaming, social/video and download services as necessary for distribution. Placement on every third-party service is not guaranteed and content may be rejected or removed for platform, legal, technical or compliance reasons.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information.
- You must have the necessary rights, licences, permissions and consents for audio, video, artwork, lyrics, names, likenesses, samples and other materials you submit.
- You must not submit infringing, unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise prohibited content.
- You are responsible for third-party royalty obligations that legally belong to you.
You confirm that you have the necessary authority, rights, licences and permissions for all content you submit and that it does not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
5. Payment
Prices and scope are shown or quoted before payment. Payment is due according to the selected service/package. Online payments, where enabled, are processed through the designated payment gateway. A payment confirmation does not by itself transfer ownership of customer content to FilmyFriendzzz.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, customers retain ownership of their submitted content and rights. FilmyFriendzzz receives only the rights necessary to provide the contracted service. This is consistent with the ownership and limited-licence framework.
7. Third-Party Services
Music distribution may involve third-party digital stores, platforms, aggregators, technical providers and content-management systems. Their availability, rules, delivery times and acceptance decisions may vary.
8. Limitation of Service Guarantees
We will provide the purchased service with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee third-party platform acceptance, playlist placement, particular audience reach, revenue, ranking, views, streams or monetization results.
9. Service Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the service, completeness of customer materials, payment confirmation and any third-party platform review. An estimated timeline will be communicated where applicable. Customers must provide requested files and approvals promptly. Music or video delivery to third-party platforms is subject to their technical requirements and review processes; acceptance and release dates cannot be guaranteed.
10. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms quoted for the specific service. Where permitted by applicable law and disclosed terms, some work may become non-refundable once production, booking, delivery or distribution submission has started.
